Infectious Colon Parasites

02.02.09

Constipation can result from a number of reasons, including an infection in the colon, either induced by chemicals, or by infectious colon parasites. These parasites enter the body, taking different routes, and finally reside in the intestines, particularly affecting the colon region.

Colon is an important organ

Because it is vital for carrying out other bodily functions, as most of the nutrient absorption takes place in this region, and it also serves to expel the harmful toxins and other harmful chemicals, which we ingest everyday though the food we eat, or the air that we breathe.

Numerous parasites affect the functions of the colon

as once they get into this region; they either leech all the necessary nutrients, or release certain chemicals, which are harmful for humans, and finally disturbing the natural bowel movement.

Major parasites that infect the intestinal region

Major parasites that infect the intestinal region usually belong to four major categories, which are Protozoa, Trematoda, Cestoda, and Nematoda.

Round worms

Round worms form the largest group of parasites that infect humans, as they are present worldwide, and the common symptoms that they produce are, abdominal pain, edema, vomiting, rashes etc.

Giardia is one of the most prevalent parasites

which belong to the protozoan family; usually these organisms, cover the wall of intestines, and prevent the nutrients from absorption. Symptoms resulted from Giardia are abdominal cramps, gas, bad absorption, light colored stool, and weakness etc.

Tapeworms

Tapeworms are also important when it comes to intestinal infections; these are mostly found in the meat of a number of animals, and if the meat is not cooked properly and consumed, they enter the body, and once the conditions get favorable, they can grow as long as 35 feet in length.

Flukes are also important

mostly found in contaminated water sources, and can get into the body through the consumption of this water, or merely by swimming in this water. These are dangerous, as they suck your blood directly from the intestines, and can cause loss of blood, by causing infections in liver, gastrointestinal tract, and bladder as well.

These were few of the parasites, which are Important when it comes to the colon cleansing; it is useful in eliminating these colon parasites permanently from the body, and helps to retrieve the natural bowel movement.

Follow these steps, and prevent colon parasites.
